We will be providing transportation to and from La Quinta Resort.
Shuttles will be available at the bus stop at the resort (located adjacent to valet)
They will be departing promptly at 3:30pm, please arrive early!

Transportation will be provided throughout the event with the final shuttles departing at 12:00am, dropping off at La Quinta Resort.

FLIGHTS TO PALM SPRINGS

The easiest airport to fly into is Palm Springs International Airport (PSP).
35 minutes from La Quinta, CA.
Ubers and Taxis are readily available.

Other Airport Options:
Los Angeles International (LAX)
LAX to La Quinta is around a 2.5 hour drive depending on the time and day. If you go this route, we suggest renting a car to drive.

Ontario International (ONT)
ONT to La Quinta is around a 1.5 hour drive depending on the time and day. If you go this route, we suggest renting a car to drive.

We'd love for you to stay at La Quinta Resort & Club.
We will be providing transportation from this hotel to The Hideaway on the day of the wedding.

We have a discounted room block for the weekend.
To make reservations, please use the link below.
We only have a limited number of rooms reserved in the block. If you are planning on staying at the Resort, we advise making reservations as soon as possible while there is still availability.
If you would like to call the hotel, please mention the "Turban Wedding Room Block".
Please note that the cut off for our room block rate is October 1st, 2025.
